I have never left a review for an auto shop, but this place deserves the mention. I first came to auto car care at the start of 2024, when my dealership gave me an estimate of $3,000 for a repair. I randomly google auto shops and this place popped up. I brought it to them and they repaired my car for *considerably* less and they did a great job- no issues since. I've brought my car back multiple times and I've been very happy with the service since! These guys do a great job and for a truly unbeatable price. Jeff runs the shop and he's a super nice guy.

LOOK NO FURTHER! THIS IS your mechanic, your service spot, your "go to" automotive authority. I can't say enough great things about Jeff & his staff! I drive a Lincoln MKZ with over 170,000 miles on it & have used their services & relied on their expertise for a tune up & oil change, new brakes, A/C compressor replacement & a windshield washer pump replacement. I've even had these guys work up an estimate for repairs after colliding with tire tread on the highway. They are always fair with both pricing & your time management. They will troubleshoot problems with you & leave better educated about your own car. Hands down some of the best service, both customer & automotive, I've had in DFW. I was driving to go on vacation when my truck broke down. I was able to get a rental and continue on because the tow company that partners with Auto Car Care bills the center (to be added on to your final repair bill). It means I didn't have to wait 5 hours for the soonest tow truck, and I didn't have to be present for the delivery of my vehicle to the shop. It was a huge stress relief. My truck ended up needing a whole new engine, radiator, and clutch. Although it took longer than I hoped (doesn't it always?), they were very generous with the discounts they offered and parts they installed at a reduced rate. They ended up going through two engines before finding one without any issues, and I'm ever grateful that they took their time to ensure quality over quantity. It was my first time using them at the recommendation of a family friend, but it certainly won't be the last.

My car stopped working while I was in Downtown Fort Worth. These guys, especially Jeff, took great care to let me know the possible issues but ultimately the issue was more complicated. The full repair did take a day, but Jeff called to let me know the time and cost. They had it all finished the next day and took great care to get me back on the road. I can imagine any other shop in the area would have charged thousands of dollars (as others have done to me with this same vehicle) but this shop took great care of my vehicle for an amazingly reasonable cost. I can not recommend these guys more, everyone should consider them first!

I took my old Toyota in for suspension work and maintenance, they rebuilt my rear suspension entirely, replaced my battery, replaced my hood struts, and changed my oil. They did all of that in one afternoon, approximately two hours. Now my car runs smoother, quieter, my hood stays open, and it reliably starts. Not to mention, they charged me a VERY reasonable rate for all of that work in that short of a time. If you need any kind of work done on your car, take it to this shop! They do quality work at a good price, and they do it quickly; I cannot recommend this business enough. 5/5 stars!

Brought my Charger into their shop to have them take a look at it. First of all, he was super nice I think it was bob I was talking to, and he didn't even charge me a dime. When I got the call that they had done a full inspection of my problem they didn't find anything wrong and unlike a lot of shops that would've found something to take my money for, they were 110% honest and let me know nothing needed to be repaired and still didn't charge me a dime. I will for sure be bringing my car back up there for any issues I might have in the future just because I feel like they're extremely honest about their work, and that integrity is hard to find.

I've had several of my vehicles maintained here over the years and each time I have a good experience. They are upfront about the work and give an honest estimate about the price. They also have shown a knowledge of "tricks of the trade" and do their best to keep you from spending more than necessary to repair your vehicle. I have even had them decline to work on one of my cars as they felt that it was a "warranty issue" and that the dealership should be consulted first. Let that sink in for a moment; they turned down a prime opportunity to make several thousands (it was an engine problem with under 75k miles on the car). This sealed it for me. There may be places that are closer, but these guys have been nothing but honest and straightforward every time I've had work done.

Service is great shout out to Matthew and staff very professional and patient. They checked major components determined it was a corroded battery terminal replaced it and I went on my way. I advice take your vehicle early in the day to give them sufficient time to look into any issues. Very well priced it all depends the make of the car and the issue so no specific price. They help find the right parts and the right price will always recommended them.

Been a loyal customer for years here. Jeff is amazing to work with on so many levels. When I was trying to find my daughter a car I ran a few makes and models by him and he told me which ones to run not walk away from and which ones he would advise. He knew my daughter and we trusted his judgment. He has given us second opinions where another Local dealer had rubbed transmission fluid under the engine and taken a picture and claimed it was leaking when there was no such leak. No transmission service had been done. It was all unnecessary work.... Family care car center had always been the one to service my car.... Thankfully once it was wiped down with a rag no additional leaks appeared and it was monitored still no leaks appeared and I saved a lot of money. Good catch Jeff!!!!! This is why they I continue to be a loyal customer!!!!!
